Does K means that, for example after 5 real seconds the broken clock says k*5 seconds ? Or the broken clock says 5+5/60 ?

if there is a way to kill the 3 dragons but i give as an answer a way where i kill only 2. I would be giving a successful answer but would it be considered a correct answer as it's not technically optimal?
